As Singapore’s healthcare needs evolved beyond emergency pandemic response, the former CTF was transitioned into a Transitional Care Facility (TCF) to support step-down care and healthcare capacity management. Surgo continued serving as Managing Agent alongside Raffles Medical Group, adapting operational systems and infrastructure to meet changing medical and patient care requirements. The project reflected our ability to respond dynamically to evolving national needs — transforming large-scale spaces into functional, people-centric healthcare environments under compressed timelines and complex operational conditions.
