During the COVID-19 pandemic, Surgo’s team members supported national operations through the management of the COVID-19 Treatment Facility (CTF) at Singapore EXPO alongside Raffles Medical Group and Ascott International. In one of Singapore’s most challenging periods, the facility provided large-scale operational support for patient accommodation, logistics coordination, maintenance, and essential services under rapidly evolving conditions. Our team demonstrated operational agility and resilience in adapting infrastructure and workflows to meet urgent national healthcare demands while ensuring patient safety and continuity of operations.
